At the 2010 Annual General Meeting of the International Shark Class Association, held in Kreuzlingen, Switzerland, the Executive voted to submit the following Constitution change to the membership for voting:
The proposed change (Advertising 5(ii) in the Minutes) is a new rule for the Constitution and therefore must be approved through a formal vote of the Membership in each National Association. If the membership approves this new rule it will be added to page 30, Article 9.12 Advertising, of the Constitution.
You will be emailed a voting ballot (or mailed if we do not have an email address for you), which must be returned by February 28th, 2011.
